Oath Taking & Registration
Official 2026 Guide: From LERIS Selection to Physical ID Registration.
Strict Protocol: You cannot purchase ceremony tickets or attend a venue without an Oath Form generated from your LERIS account. Selection is first-come, first-served.

Venue Selection (LERIS)
Log in to your PRC LERIS account. Select “Oath” and choose your preferred date and venue (e.g., PICC, Cebu, Zamboanga, or Virtual).

Download Oath Form
Once you secure a slot, the system will generate your form. This form contains your unique QR Code and Reference Number.

Ticket Purchase
Present your printed Oath Form to accredited organizers to purchase your physical ceremony tickets.

Virtual Oath
Microsoft Teams / Zoom Link
Initial Reg Fee
₱600 – ₱1,050 (Depending on profession)
Pre-Ceremony Reminders
- Slot Availability: Slots for major venues like PICC fill up within hours of the announcement. Check your LERIS account daily after results are out.
- No Walk-ins: Accredited ticket sellers will check your LERIS reference number. Do not attempt to buy from unauthorized third-party resellers.
- Virtual Option: If you choose the “Online” venue, you must be in full formal attire and have a stable internet connection for the duration of the rite.
