Official 2026 Procedure for Initial Registration of New Professionals.
Attendance Lock: You cannot proceed with Initial Registration if you are tagged as “Absent” during the Oath Taking. Ensure your QR code was scanned during the ceremony.
Physical Requirements
Initial Registration Form: Printed from your LERIS account after successfully transacting your appointment.
Passport Size Photos (3pcs): Must be identical, taken within the last 3 months, in formal attire, with a plain white background and complete name tag.
Documentary Stamp: At least 1-2 pieces (usually available at the PRC customer service or nearby stalls).
Short Brown Envelope: Required for filing and protecting your official documents.

The Process
- Online Transaction: Log in to LERIS, select “Initial Registration,” and choose your preferred PRC Regional Office and appointment date.
- Payment: Pay via GCash, Maya, or Landbank Link.Biz. Save your electronic receipt.
- Personal Appearance: Go to your chosen PRC branch on your appointment date. Walk-ins are generally not allowed. Bring your original Oath Form and the requirements listed above.
