Professional Identification Card (PIC) Renewal

Step 1: Appointment via LERIS

Log in to online.prc.gov.ph. Select “Renewal” and choose your preferred PRC Branch and Date.

Step 2: CPD Declaration

Enter your earned CPD units. (Reminder: Newly licensed professionals on their first renewal are exempt).

Step 3: Online Payment

Pay via GCash, PayMaya, Landbank, or Credit Card. Keep the electronic Official Receipt (e-OR).

Step 4: Claiming

On your scheduled date, bring your old PIC and the printed Renewal Form to your chosen PRC branch.

Official PRC Renewal Fees (2026)

Professional (Baccalaureate) ₱450.00 / 3 Years
Non-Baccalaureate (Technicians) ₱420.00 / 3 Years
Late Renewal (Penalty) + ₱30.00 (Standard)

*A ₱50.00 convenience fee applies for third-party payment channels.

The “Undertaking” Option

If you lack the required CPD units for 2026, you may still renew your PIC by signing an Affidavit of Undertaking in the LERIS system. This allows you to renew now, provided you complete the missing units in your next 3-year cycle.

The system is most stable between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Ensure your photo meets the white background requirement.
